Week of the Young Child

Come help us kickoff and celebrate Week of the Young Child. The event will be held on Saturday, April 2^nd from 9:00am to 12:00pm at Smart Start of Pender County. Each child present from birth-10 years of age will receive “2” free books and child friendly safety items. All children must be present to receive the incentives.
