Self-Care for FCCH Providers- Via Zoom

This learning event is designed to assist Family Child Care Home Providers in defining self-care,

identifying the benefits of self-care, measuring their current status of self-care, and developing a plan

for them to incorporate self-care. In this session, participants will be introduced to enriching strategies while participating in small and large group activities
