Part 2 Building Resilience/Child Care Providers – Via Zoom

This workshop is a continuation of Part 1 Building Resilience.  There is a workbook, “The Highway Inside of Me,” that should accompany this training. (This book was given to providers with PPE supplies).   This class will review and introduce new Resiliency tools to help you reset your nervous system and retain a peaceful in your facility and daily lives.  Each childcare facility upon completion of this training will receive a set of 12 posters for your center and family childcare home. Each participant will also receive a set of flashcards to use daily.
