Part 1: Building Resilience – Via Zoom

Part 1: Building Resilience will help participants recognize (ACES) and give them the tools to reset the nervous system. The tools provided in this training segment, will help direct stakeholders (parents, children, or childcare professionals) overcome hardships and bring their mental and physical state back into balance. Part 1: Building Resilience also helps the participants develop a stronger sense of self-awareness to physical changes in their body when things become out of balance. Activities in this training segment will also show children in the classroom different examples of how they can overcome (ACES) in their life. 2 Credit Hours, Presenters: Regina Bass- Corley and Jasmin Johansen- Hickman.
