“Researchers have recently discovered a dangerous biological syndrome caused by abuse and neglect during childhood. Resilience, however, also chronicles the dawn of a movement that is determined to fight back.”  Join us to learn the brain science behind traumatic events and the skills you can use to increase resiliency and get back to you resilient zone.
