This learning event is designed to assist Family Child Care Home Providers in defining self-care, identifying the benefits of self-care, measuring their current status of self-care, and developing a plan for them to incorporate self-care. In this session, participants will be introduced to enriching strategies while participating in small and large group activities.

The agency will be closed to the public Monday, November 22 thru November 26, 2021 for Thanksgiving.  The agency will reopen Monday November 29, 2021.
