Date: October 13, 2022 | Time: 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Introduction to Resilience for Parents, Grandparents, Foster parents and other Support Persons

Introduction to Resilience will define and introduce Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) to participants.  The Introduction will also help participants identify ACES and how it affects your general health.  The training will direct participants to resources in their county that can aid in building stronger resilience in their personal life, professional life and community.  These training sessions are especially open to parents, grandparents, foster parents and caregivers.

Upon completion, the workbook, “The Highway Inside of Me,” for Part 1 and Part 2 will be given to complete the three-part Resiliency series.  Training incentives will be given upon the three-part series completion.  (Availability of incentives is based on a first come first serve basis). All three classes are FREE to participants.
